You do
not discuss the contents but allege plagiarism of a
few photographs. This you cannot prove. But we do
know this: Samuel Weiser Inc. is one of the world's
largest publishing firms. They are well equipped to
investigate any infringements. Anyone affected by
'plagiarism' of their photographs would have
complained to the publishers. Nobody has. So where
does that leave you?
But
what about your copyright infringements?
There is much documented evidence of your disregard
for any copyright and your repeated violations.
You
complain that you cannot understand the book.... You
may lack the basic literacy and wits to understand
what the man has written. The product of many
years of research, study, practice and experience.
I
understand the book. I know other martial artists who
understand it. "The Bodhisattva
Warriors" is on the reading list of
university courses and serious dojos throughout the
world. That is where the real discussion and debate
on "The Bodhisattva Warriors" takes
place, not in your childish home pages.
What
qualifications do you have to discredit any
book? Give us some proof of your own scholarship so
we might listen. Perhaps you may consider writing
your own books instead of trying to discredit books
you haven't even read (you only looked at the
pictures, right?)
WHOSE PLAGIARISM ?
Let's
talk about plagiarism and copyright irregularities.
You
are continually using the names of Mushindokai
Organization, Mushindokai, Mushindo, Mushindo Kempo
Association, etc. to lure
unsuspecting visitors into your web-sites, when you
are not even members of such. You were expelled for
gross misconduct.
You
don't have the right to use any of these names, these
are the names of legally registered
associations, not to mention registered domain
names. Falsely using those names with a
purpose to deceive and defame, you are acting unlawfully
and should be brought to justice.
Talk
about lack of ethics and fraudulent activities!
Next... as this isn't working,
apply the 'cult label'...
